Guidelines for Poster Abstract Submission and Award

Please submit your poster abstract through the link provided below. If selected, please follow these guidelines to enter best poster award competition

1. Title

• The poster title must be identical to the submitted abstract.
• Place the title at the top of the poster, along with the presenter’s name and institution/centre.
• Use a minimum of 48-point font size for the title.

2. Size & Orientation

• Standard size: 48 inches (width) × 36 inches (height).
• Orientation: Landscape.

3. Lettering

• Content must be readable from 2 meters away.
• Use upper and lower case text for readability (avoid all caps).
• Stick to one or two font styles; avoid mixing multiple styles.

4. Headings

• Use 48–60 point font size for headings.
• Keep headings clear, simple, and consistent.

5. Content

• Recommended font size: 24–32 point, single-spaced.
• Text should be concise, easy to follow, and self-explanatory (without oral explanation).
• Key sections to highlight:
• – Introduction and Conclusion – these are the most important panels that attract initial interest.
• – Methods – simple and concise (if applicable).
• – Results – present graphically wherever possible; avoid large data tables.

6. Visuals

• Use graphs, pictures, symbols, and colours to make the poster attractive.
• Graphs and photographs should not be smaller than 12 cm × 18 cm.
• Figure legends must be short, clear, and informative.
• Graphs should include a brief heading.

7. Overall Impression

• Ensure the poster is visually engaging and encourages discussion.
• Avoid overcrowding with excessive detail.
• Keep the design clean, balanced, and reader-friendly.

8. Display & Review

• Posters will remain available for viewing throughout the conference.
• A dedicated interactive poster review session will be scheduled as part of the scientific program
