The formal proceedings will begin with a welcome speech and program overview delivered by the Senior Vice President of NOA. This will be followed by a dynamic and fast-paced session titled “Brutally Honest Review of Specialty in 7 mins.” In this segment, seasoned specialists will have just seven minutes to break down the realities of their respective fields, covering a wide spectrum of orthopaedic subspecialties including Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle, Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, Pediatric Orthopedics, Oncology, Spine, Pelvicatebular, and Rural Orthopedics. This quick-fire session will be followed by a 20-minute panel Q&A, allowing new members to probe deeper into the nuances of each specialty.

A brief break at 4:50 PM will lead into the highlight of the day: a “No Holds Barred!” Panel Discussion from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This 60-minute session will feature a distinguished panel of experts, including Dr Amit Joshi, Dr Binod Sherchan, Dr Ranjan Jha, Dr Dipak Shrestha, Dr Rajiv Maharjan, and Dr Krishna Poudel. This is a unique opportunity for attendees to hear unfiltered insights and advice from some of the leading figures in the field.

The event will also feature two special lectures. At 6:15 PM, Dr Kiran Khanal will share his expertise, followed by Dr Ashok Ratna Bajracharya at 6:45 PM.

The formal segment of the program will conclude at 7:20 PM with closing remarks from the NOA President, followed by a group photo to commemorate the occasion.
